Vendor Application

Refund Policy

• 80% refund available for cancellations until September 1st, 2026
• No refund for cancellations after September 1st, 2026
• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of cancellation request
• All vendor applications are non-transferable

Payment Terms

• Full payment of $75 + HST is due upon application approval
• Booth space is reserved only after payment is received
• Late payments may result in forfeiture of booth assignment

Vendor Conduct

• Vendors must comply with all local laws and regulations
• No prohibited items (weapons, hazardous materials, counterfeit goods)
• Vendors must maintain professional behavior and respect all attendees
• Event organizers reserve the right to remove vendors for misconduct
• Vendors are responsible for their booth setup and cleanup

Intellectual Property Rights

• Vendors retain all rights to their products, designs, and intellectual property
• Event organizers may photograph the event for promotional purposes
• Vendors grant permission for their booth to appear in event photos/videos
• Vendors may not use Niagara Travel Expo branding without written permission
